The UPS Store

Every time I come to this store I am greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. I'm here often because I have a UPS mailbox, and each time I stop in the store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is efficient. I've used their mailing services, copy services, their shredding services and their Notary service. These are great conveniences. I also appreciate the fact that I can have important items that require a signature sent here and I don't have to worry about whether or not I'll be home to sign. I'm sent an email as soon as the package arrives so I can pop over and pick it up at my convenience.

Amazing customer service! I am a hairstylist and had a defective blow dryer that I needed to return asap. The employee who helped me stayed past close to help me figure out how to get it shipped, as dyson did not provide the correct reference number to ship it back. Very grateful for his help! Will always use this location from now on!

They are always so efficient and the staff is so nice! Never takes more than a minute to do a return or drop off a package

My first time needing to buy a mailbox, I weighed my options between UPS and USPS. I went with UPS and I’m so grateful I did. Upon signing up, I had no idea what I wanted. I just know I needed a reliable mailbox for business purposes. A very kind soul by the name of Petra, helped me with sizing options and even gave me a few pointers and suggestions. She is still of very much help ‘til this day. Each time I enter, the crew greets me with a warm welcome and for that I am grateful. I will keep my mailbox with this UPS location as long as I’m able. God is so good. I am blessed to have found this place. You guys, keep being awesome and thank you for your hard work!
