The UPS Store

Visit the store just now like 15 minutes ago girls who are working there making me feel uncomfortable, even though I speak. Very good English. I was taking a print out for Arabic letters. The racism is on the finest level. Feel really pissed.

No Notary services in THIS UPS STORE ONLY rest of the UPS stores specially one on W 75th St does do Notary so if you are looking for Notary services dont go here. Very disrespectful staff member specially old lady who told me to leave the store as I was talking with other guy who was helping me with address of other UPS store to go for Notary.

This is the worst UPS location I have ever been to. The staff here is extremely rude and racist, particularly towards Indians. There is a young white male with long hair and earrings who treated me condescendingly without any of my mistake. Never going to come back here again.

Asked for help with a notary, right away started hearing no’s, manager came out didn’t even want to look at or attempt to help me, sorry for coming in to late I guess she just wanted to be off by 3. Apparently this location has these reoccurring events of bad customer service. Lesson learned do better UPS

Staff is great! But the manager is awful. Manager is rude and condescending and to be honest, may be in the wrong business.. if you see an elderly white woman with glasses working, do yourself a favor and go to another location.
