The UPS Store

Unhelpful staff. Had to email a shipping label 5 times in order for them to get it. Then they wanted to charge to print the UPS shipping label I sent to them. At least they gave me the next day UPS envelope for free. Their employees need to go back to charm school to learn some customer service. The lady was cold and uncaring who was “helping” me.

If I could give a zero I would. The store employees have no manors and are snarky very poor experience just to do an Amazon Return. Will not be coming back to this location!!!

I’ve emailed five separate print orders to this store and have yet to have a single job done correctly or on time. I emailed this order on Thursday 9/1. I asked for a print of 100 copies and 4 to a page. I called later that day and was told the job wouldn’t be completed because their entire system when down. I call back the next day and was told it wasn’t completed yet but I’ll receive a call before 6pm to notify me that the job was completed. I did not receive a call and had to call back today (Tuesday 9/6) just to find out if it was completed. On arrival, the print was not correct. I requested four copies per page and was given one copy per page. The overall lack of competence is outstanding

Stopped in on my way to a job interview, flustered because I'd forgotten to bring printed copies of my resume. They not only printed my resume immediately, but kindly and calmly walked me through a tech issue with my phone and wished me good luck on the way out the door. Great customer service!
