The young man that worked on Sunday around 1 pm was an absolute pleasure. There was a customer in front of me that did not speak English. He took his time and helped translate with an app on his phone. He was very patient and professional. Words really can't say how much I was impressed.

Stop at 10am. Need 25 sheets printed with 20 of them cut into 5x7 size. At 1130 I get a call. The girl said she was just informed about my order. Ask when I needed it. I said I would be back there in 30 min. She said "oh no" maybe an hour or two, but for sure some time today. Are you kidding me!!! What happened to customer service. A 10 min print job can't be completed in a 2 hour period?? I said never mind. My business will go somewhere else!

Hours are posted M-F 8:30-5:30 on internet, phone message and front door. Yet at 9:00a they are not open!

These people refuse to sign. A high value recipt, the website clearly states that any ups employee can sign this sheet and it is still refused with every excuse in the book. Unprofessional and disappointing. I recommend using FedEx

I rent a box from this location and ship packages and envelopes several times per month (as well as assorted copies, scanning, etc.). The staff always greet me with a warm welcome and grab my mail before I can even walk back. They really do go above and beyond. I couldn't be any happier that I chose to use this location. Great staff. Always helpful and pleasant. What more can I ask for?
