I've never had a bad experience at this location. From the amount of negative comments, I guess I've been extremely lucky the 60+ times I've visited over the past 5 years. Staff has never been rude to me, my items shipped were never lost or late. Always had a QR code for my items and I would be in and out with a receipt in no time. But the parking lot is terrible, which is the owner of that strip mall's responsibility.

Really $1.50 to tape my box closed…. There is a cost to doing business! Way to go in being part of the great decline of America. I wonder how you will feel when your business is gone. It’s disappointing the lack of customer service that is now an option to doing business. Next time, when paying to ship I will ship with Fed Ex and drop my Amazon box at Kohls.

Charge for Free Services Amazon pays them to pack and ship returns that are dropped off as long as they are in the original package. I returned a box in the original package. They wouldn't accept it unless I paid them to tape it shut. Do not expect them to honor commitments they have made. They will charge you if they get a chance. Can't figure out how to reply to the owner's reply, so I'll just edit my review to express my thoughts. I'm sure that was some super impressive tape you slapped on that box, but I came to you because it was advertised as free. I could have used 5 cents worth of walmart tape at home and would have been happy. As far as the experience goes, your employees are rude and unhelpful. They laughed at me when I told them that I didn't think they should charge for a free service. To recap, I don't care about the quality of tape, it was a bad experience, and your employees are unprofessional.

The worst shipping experiences in this store. I urge you to go elsewhere if you want any kind of confidence in your shipping. I’ve had several items go missing. It’s a wonder they don’t lose most things when you watch the organization behind the counter. It’s chaos at best and a racket at worst. And the staff seems only mildly interested in helping. I can’t be the only one with Amazon return issues through this store. Make sure you get a tracking receipt, it will ensure only a torturous experience when your items go missing. Without it, all hope is lost. I will not return to this store.

There’s a guy at the front who speaks English and Spanish and has brown hair not sure his name, if he’s not in management he should be. I accidentally returned the wrong Amazon package and he was super helpful in going in back and finding it, and then later this week I got there right at 3:02 and he let me into return a package. I have a newborn and getting out is difficult. Seemed small but literally made my entire day!!
