I mailed 3 packages this past week. They started off with all 3 on the scale and never cleared the weight so I was charged the weight of all 3 for the first small package. I didn't discover this until the next day when I saw the weight on the tracking info. It amounted to an overcharge of around $10-15 per the store when I called the next day. I called the store twice and was told someone would call me back to arrange a refund. No one ever did so I called a 3rd time and spoke with one of the managers. He said that unless it was a "life-changing" amount I should forget about it and just be happy if my package went where it was supposed to go. I would skip this UPS store if you care about getting charged accurately. Customer service is not good. Updated 12/27/2023 - The owner of the UPS store just sent me a check for the amount I was overcharged. Thank you!

Bryce Bryce Bryce, this gentleman single-handedly makes this store run like a finely tuned machine. His customer service supersedes all expectations. I've seen him handle high-need customers with ease when he could have easily treated them the way they treated him. He is a wealth of knowledge and always gives his assistance even when the line is out the door. I won't go to another store unless Bryce relocates. Thanks for all you do.

Brought in 8 amazon packages to return. The lady scanning was frustrated I could tell because it was right before closing time. One of the QRC codes was a duplicate (my bad) but the lady never advised this QRC was a duplicate which I was told when I called in that the UPS system would tell them it was a duplicate. She took the package anyways. I noticed the next morning early my receipt said 7 packages instead of 8. So, I called to try and find out where the '8th' package would be going and how this happened if their 'system' doesn't allow duplicates to be printed (which apparently it DOES since I saw her put labels on all 8 packages!). The lady I spoke to said "well the truck is being loaded right now" so basically nothing she can do. I can't understand how a duplicate label is STILL not caught and they can't look up a person's name in their system so when I called they could tell me. Useless help and lost $60 bucks on a return now. Will never use this store again.

This is a franchise, not UPS. If something goes wrong with your package they're no help, they just hand it off to UPS. My package had the contents stolen and they quickly threw UPS under the bus. 'Ya, we've heard that happens at the warehouse'. This is sloppy. Just sloppy.
