The UPS Store

Don’t honestly think I have ever had worse customer service in my life. Went in to drop off a pre boxed Amazon return. Should have taken a minute and been free. But was told I needed to buy a box for the outside of the box it already had. Whatever so I got a box. The worker took the box packed it for me then charged me $4 for tape and $2.50 for a “service fee” without asking me if I wanted to have him do it at all. Bad time

I’ve had the best experience here! I go often ish.. they make everything super easy and are always happy to help me figure things out. EVERYONE HERE IS SOOOOO KIND and they even interact with my 6 year old, which I also love. The little coloring station is genius. And again.. EVERYONE IS SO SWEET! Lol I just love coming to this store when I have to.

The gentleman came out to my car and carried my boxes in I was in and out of there within 5 minutes I was very satisfied.

I read a lot of reviews where people are just are just dragging the UPS store. I had a wonderful experience and I'm going to give them 5 stars. The sweet lady that was working the counter took 10 minutes to go over everything with the 2 ladies that were in front of me. It took me 3 seconds in-and-out but I got there after them lol. I thought they had wonderful customer service.

Was very satisfied with the customer service. Answered all the questions I had (I called asking about box sizes they had at the store)
