Was told I could have my temperature sensitive packages delivered on Saturday even if I dropped off on Friday, but looking at the tracking info that’s not true. I even made sure that was something that could be done and one of the employees ensured me that it could be with the Sat only delivery stickers. I explicitly told him that I’ve tried shipping something with next day air on a Friday and the package didn’t get to its destination till Monday and spoiled. Still he made it seem like it shouldn’t be a problem. Now I have to tell my employer $1000 of product is going to waste. Don’t promise something that can’t be done. Even though I desperately need these boxes to go out, I would have waited till next week to make sure they would have been sent out in time. Don’t know if the guy was trying to be helpful, but it ended up not being worth it.

Avoid this office. They will lose your package and take no responsibility or accountability for losing it. I have spent the last 5 weeks trying to track down a package I dropped off with them. The employee told me he was unable to offer a shipping receipt for the item I dropped off, which was a mistake. I will need to contact the corporate office to file a claim. **Update: I emailed the UPS store a week ago per the response from the owner and still have not heard a response** **Avoid this office. They will loose your package and take no accountability.

Timothy was supposed to notarize a title and when he called us over to sign the paperwork I signed it right in front of him and he said sorry I was looking at the computer and didn’t see you sign that. Complete jerk. I’ve never witnessed such stupidity in my life. Will be reporting this incident to your corporate office.

I came here to make prints on a Sunday morning. Everywhere else was closed. The service by Amber was amazing

I had some last minute prints that needed to be done quick. The entire staff was extremely helpful and turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Apparently it is under new management and it really shows with such a professional and personable staff. They are a little further away than a few other print stores, but are 100% worth the drive! I will be back for sure.
