The UPS Store

Andrew was amazing!!! I was tasked to ship a frozen cake... I called 3 FedEx stores and they told me they couldn’t help me ship it. I called this UPS store and Andrew went above and beyond to help me and make it easier. He in incredible and I highly recommend this specific UPS store.

Came in Monday afternoon to get my car title notarized and Andrew was very helpful! Within 10 minutes I was in and out of the store. Even was able to drop off a couple of my school books I rented from amazon.

Arrived on Sunday and they had closed over 1 hour early “just because.” No notice was left on the door. ****UPDATE**** You need to update your hours on google maps then, as it clearly states that the store is open until 4PM. I put in a request for them to update, but as the business owner you should follow-up to ensure this is changed promptly. Thank you!

There is a small UPS store in the courtyard at the downtown Tempe mission palms. The clerk was very helpful.

I reached out to the store a minute before they close and they won’t let me drop Amazon order! They told me you can come tomorrow! Poor customer service!!
