The UPS Store

Fantastic store with great employees to say the least. I'm honestly impressed by whoever is in charge of running the place as they appear to be doing a good job. They always answer their phone, email, and whenever you drop in, they're extremely pleasant. Thanks for treating us customers well!

I am offering a suggestion to not use the UPS store at Arapahoe and University (by Natural Grocers) First, I am not alone in thinking the people there are just mean and this has been corroborated by friends. Second, I have spent the last month making multiple phone calls to Amazon trying to get my money back for returns I took to this store. These items were directed by Amazon to be packed up by the store and shipped (instead of self pack) so I dropped the items off and they were never received by Amazon. I went into the store to inquire about the return shipment, showed them the UPS receipt the store issued at drop off with the reference numbers, and got blank looks and was told there was nothing they could do. I believe, after tonight's call to Amazon I have convinced them the store failed to return the items and they refunded my account. Now, this isn't "really" Amazon's fault per-se, but they did direct these items to be packed by the store. I have avoided this store on and off for a while now and I will not go there again! There are other UPS stores just as close to me and the people at those two stores are wonderful!

The notary was exceptional! She was running the whole place alone, had a line of people due to an international complication with a package, and still handled everything with kindness and grace.

A company sent me clothes in a plastic bag, didn't fit so I printed a UPS return label for free return shipping and put the clothes in a nicer enclosed plastic bag with carry handle as a courtesy. Went in and they tried to sell me a box for something that came in a bag. Went to another UPS nearby and they scanned my bag and label in 30 seconds. These guys will scam you into selling more, don't fall for it!

I cannot recommend this UPS store more highly, but would give it 10 stars if I could. Ray and his staff were incredibly helpful and understanding when I had to ship some valuable jewelry to Massachusetts. He personally packed the items and allowed me to photograph every step for insurance purposes, gave me some good advice on what the safest services and shipping choices were so I felt very informed. Thank you, Ray!
