The UPS Store

I came to this facility for the first time since I just moved to town. On July 1st 2023 I needed to get a box for a overly large sized item that I was shipping back to Amazon. Although UPS did not have the size box that I needed the representative that worked with me was extremely kind he used the measuring tape to provide to me the measurements of the unit that I needed to ship back to Amazon and suggested I went to Lowe's or the U-Haul store to obtain a box to fit the size of the item I was shipping back to Amazon once I made it to Lowe's the same guy who helped me at UPS ended up being at Lowes buying something he needed for the ups store. Although Lowes did not have a box for sale that would fit my item the ups representative was able to get assistance from the sales representative Candace at Lowes and she provided a box to me that had a dryer appliance in it so that I could send the item back to Amazon. Again this was a huge item and since the box was damaged when it was initially deliver d to me I knew finding a big enough box would be extremely hard. I purchased a fan from Lowes and went back to ups with the box as the gentleman helped me load the box up and tape the box close to ship my oversized item back to Amazon. Thank you again for your exceedingly extraordinary customer service.

Please don't waste your time dealing with this store. I scheduled a pick up for a package 4 days ago...still sitting in my living room. Unfortunately this my cause alot more issues because it is time sensitive material, on its way to a labrotory. Don't count on them to pickup your package when they say they will. 4 phone calls later, still no closer to any resolution..BEWARE!!

We stopped in to return an Amazon package. The man at the desk was polite, professional and very fast. We walked in and walked out within 30 seconds. Very good service.

Employee "229992" according to receipt was excellent, and friendly and had a great charm.

Dalen is fantastic and was very helpful with a larger print job and was still able to get it out for an overnight delivery. Great job and thank you!
