In a recent visit, the male employee who scanned my QR codes for three packages displayed particularly disappointing behavior. He interrupted our transaction to check his text messages on his cell phone, which was unprofessional regardless of whether it was work-related or personal. After scanning each package, he repeatedly attempted to conclude the transaction prematurely, even when I had the next package in hand with the QR code ready. It's disheartening to see an employee so disengaged with their job, and it raises questions about their commitment to customer service. I strongly believe that if someone is dissatisfied with their job, they should consider changing their mindset and making the most of their current situation. Finding a job that one truly enjoys may not always be easy, but small changes in attitude and behavior can significantly improve the overall experience. While I'm uncertain about the specific reasons for the employees' dissatisfaction at this location, the consistent lack of customer service is a prominent concern. I hope that the UPS Store in Bloomington, IL can address these issues to enhance the overall customer experience.

There miserable people!! They could of scanned my package and let me leave like they did the 15 people before me but the dirty blonde in a pony mad3 me stand in a line for 20 minutes and pay $4 to get my label. Even 2 employees looked embarrassed for how she was acting. Petty bitter people suck

Had my package opened and contents removed before final delivery. Customer service won't reply to my questions. I called customer relations, they said it's not their fault my package was opened and contents missing, I guess you can't trust anyone these days. I will not us UPS EVER AGAIN!!!!

I have been here dozens of times for Amazon returns. Each time the service and attitudes of the staff get worse and they seem to change the "rules" according to their mood. Today I went and was told that because I had printed out a return label I had to pack the return in a box and ship it. When I indicated that the return instructions told me to print the label and bring it in with the box and no other shipping anythings were required on my part, she told me that that simply wasn't the way things worked, if I printed a label that means I want to ship it my way and they cannot go around that. She then suggested that she could pack it for me for a fee that is higher than the value of the item I was returning. I said no. She then said, "I guess if you have the label info on your phone I could use that." When I informed her that I use my phone for phone calls and not all the other stuff she told me that that was fine, if I want to be stupid then there was nothing she could do to help. Absolutely hate this place. Too bad I cannot give it negative stars!

I have returned many Amazon packages to UPS Stores all over the country. I have never been charged $2 to tape up the box or $3.75 to print out the return label. What a disgusting display of customer service I encourage you never to visit this store again!
