The Honey Baked Ham Company

Half ham purchased it was ordered online and you can set your pick up time. I got here at 7:20am for an 8am pick up with no line which was shocking cause this place is always busy. I received 2 reminder emails that it was time to pick up my order which is really nice. The ham is really the best you can get anywhere. The honey crust is smoky and the ham is tender melt in your mouth delicious. I can’t help but sample it before stashing it away for Christmas potluck sliders!!! 🤤🤤. We will use Kings rolls and various cheeses and condiments I can’t wait!!!!

I typically love Honey Baked Ham. First time ordering from this location for the holiday season. Prepaid for easy pick up. I'm writing this review in line, I've been here over 1 hour with no organization. Hopefully I'll be able to pick up before I'm here two hours. I would not recommend this location for busy times. Rainbow location definitely has more organization.

I ordered a ham to have for the holidays. I have been getting honey baked hams for many years. When I went to pick it up they didn't show it to me as they always did in the past. The expiration date was 7 days from the date of purchase. It tasted old and dry. Very disappointed. It was definitely not what I'm use to. I will probably go to another store next time.

I placed the order online for a 10lb ham on the bone (half ham). When I called to ask how long it takes to warm up the ham, the associate said that he doesn't know. Then immediately proceeded to say, in a very condescending way, "will that be all sir?" Whe ln I arrived at the store, there were no other customers in the store. The first associate walked away as she saw me. Then a minute later, another associate slowly made his way to assist me. He asked for my phone number for the order and as I started to give him the number, he interrupted me and and abruptly asked for my name. Then he slowly walked back to the walk in refrigerator and moved some things around (not at all enthusiastic) and seemed to not be able to find my order. Then he threw 2 pieces of ham on the counter, 1 with a bone (7lbs) and 1 that said quarter ham (5lbs). I informed him that I had ordered a 10lb ham on the bone and that this was not my order. He then said, "that's all we have. It's 2lbs more than what you ordered." I explained that I needed a ham that was on the bone that was close to 10lbs and that it cannot be in pieces. He said that he has nothing bigger than the 7lb ham on the bone, while I was staring at a piece in the display that was clearly bigger. I let him know that it doesn't have to be 10lbs, that it can be 9lbs or even 8lbs. His reply was, "what do you want me to do about it?" Aside from the rude interactions from every associate at this location, they also had the entire day to inform me that there was no 10lbs ham on the bone. This was an epic fail. All of my family members order from here and send hams as gifts every year. I will inform every one of them to stop ordering from this company. Absolutely unacceptable.

I don't know and don't care to know how many years this store has been operating, but they were very disorganized. I had a reservation. After standing in line for over an hour, I finally got to the counter where I was told I would have to return after 6 p.m. (my reservation pickup was for 1:00 pm made online). I understand it'd be busy the day before Thanksgiving, but one would think they'd know how to handle the lines efficiently. I will get my order shipped to my home next time or pick it up earlier than needed AND NOT AT THIS LOCATION. The female workers were rude.
