I felt ignored when I walked up to the counter but eventually when a manager saw me standing there he helped me right away, menu is pretty simple and delicious. There is only 1 size drink cup apparently and its very small for todays standards. Bathroom had no paper towels. 1 sandwich, chips and drink $15.15

We pre-ordered the new Christmas cheddar biscuits with ham and cheese and when I arrived to pick it up, they offered me a refund or ham and Swiss sliders with my kids don’t like. I thought it had horrible service to offer two choices when we drove 30 minutes from Scottsdale to purchase these they didn’t even offer pick up at another location. A very disappointing experience.

This place treats you like family. They are dedicated to helping you make the best family dinner experience ever. I love the rich red woods of the tables and chairs. There are so many fun pies to choose from. I really like my time in the store. They had a sample plate available to try ther rum cakes. i'll have to try a sample next time I'm in.

The ham and Swiss sliders were dry, very little Swiss cheese and the ham didn’t have much flavor. Had to add mayo to get those sliders to slide. Little piece of cheese in the center of the bread only. And! The ham, at Honey Baked ham, didn’t have much flavor! It’s usually delicious. Staff were great. Food, not so much.

Terrible line. 2 hour wait in line outside. Why have everyone come pick up at the same time. The lady on the phone said pick is at 5:30 pm. I thought it was just for our order. First time doing this and the last time. If we knew we wouldn’t have placed an order. Ridiculous!
