The Honey Baked Ham Company

The manager at this location was very helpful and friendly when I spoke with him the day before Thanksgiving on the telephone. They actually answered the phone after 2 rings, AMAZING! I couldn’t even get anyone to answer in the Chattanooga store. This is why we are traveling to Cleveland, TN Honey Baked Ham location instead of buying our ham in Chattanooga where we actually live. The sandwiches were awesome. Hubby is a pretty picky eater but we both were really satisfied. The sandwiches/lunch seems like an after thought, but they are really very good. Atmosphere was pretty meh. Lots of Thanksgiving traffic. Seemed like an employee meeting was going on.

Great lunch Sandwich and Soup Had the delicious Honeybaked sandwich. I completely enjoyed the flavors. Their ham, the sweet honey sauce and then the crispy onion straws. Also has a side of the ham and bean soup. Great for the cold weather! Great place to eat lunch. I'll be back.

The whole reason I go to HB is to get their fantastic crunchy glazed ham. Instead what I got was plain over priced ham slices. About 12 slices of fatty ham without a drop of glaze for over $15. I could have just gone to Walmart and got a whole ham for that price.

Wow! Enjoyed my Cobb Salad and the Honeybaked sandwich. Very tasty and yummy! The food was delicious, staff was friendly, and very clean store. Highly recommend this place and I will be returning!
