Why even bother taking reservations if you're just going to ignore them. Called to place a reservation the day before we headed up from Memphis. Took my order for a 8-9lb ham. Get up there after a long 6 hour drive, they have nothing larger than 7lbs left. I hate this company, their hams are already massively overpriced, so it makes sense they have no problem screwing people over on reservations too.
Was very irritating. The first woman that waited on me was quite condescending, then when I won't up to the second person who actually took my order, she seemed adequate enough, and said I'd get a confirmation in my email, which, after two days waiting, I called. Ended up callumg three times because they only have one phone line!!!! I'm supposed to pick up my Ham on the 21st. I pray they have it!!!
Horrible experience. Pre-ordered online to keep from waiting in line. Some people have been waiting in line for 30 minutes and when they got up to the counter to get their PRE-ORDER they said they were out of turkeys. There were 2 lines one was supposed to be Pre-ordered AND pre-paid but no one was there to tell customers. Some customers had been waiting in the wrong line for over 20 minutes and had to then get in another line. Very disorganized. Someone needs to open another similar store and put them out of business.
