The Honey Baked Ham Company

Picked up my Christmas ham today and had the most helpful lady taking care of me. She ensured that I got the correct size for my needs! She was very friendly!

My sister and I split the $155 cost for a ham and a turkey breast for our family Christmas. We were really disappointed by how fatty the ham was; it had at least 1-2 lbs of fat on it. For the price they charge the quality was just not there. A ham from ALDIs would have been fine for a fraction of the cost. Roast turkey was excellent!

Francene is the sweetest and most polite lady I’ve met in a long time. Her smile is contagious, very lovely lady with great customer service! I absolutely LOVE the turkey breast at Honey Baked Ham!

The workers were EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. They GET 5 stars!!!!! But!!!! The food was a big disappointment this year!!! I will be contacting the manager. Not really edible 2 out of the 6 sides were ok and the turkey was very dry and tasted like it had sand granuls in it. Was $100 for this meal which I will be bagging up and taking back some of it ridiculous. We all left portions on the plate. Thought about doing our Christmas dinner but that won’t be happening. Update GENERAL MANAGER WAS SO RUDE AND CONDESCENDING HOW HE HOLDS THAT JOB IS BEYOND ME!!!

The customer service is superb and the Tavern Club...amazing.
