The Honey Baked Ham Company

This HBH at 5654 S Redwood, SLC, UT had the worst customer service. That BOGO coupon was BOGUS. That wasn't a $10 sandwich. They took half the meat from one sandwich and split it into two... The manager made that puny sandwich in the image below. The 6 employees, including the manager, were rude. I spent over a $100 on half ham an a bogo sandwich. I submitted a complaint but did not get a response. I WILL NEVER BUY A ANOTHER HONEY BAKED HAM AGAIN!

I cannot recommend this location of Honeybaked enough!!! They went above and beyond in making our holiday better. We purchased a ham for Christmas, but unfortunately we were sick on Christmas so we had to postpone our traditional dinner. By the time we went to eat our ham, it was no longer edible. We contacted the store, not sure what they’d say. To our surprise, they said bring it back and they’ll give us a new one. Not only that, when we returned the ham, they were so incredibly nice- apologized that our ham didn’t last longer, that we were sick for Christmas, and they not only replaced our ham, but they gave us a gift card for a future purchase just for our trouble. THANK YOU Honeybaked Ham for your kindness, generosity, and for making our holiday better.

I have had many Honeybaked Hams over the years but this year was very disappointing. I paid over $90 for a 10 lb ham but only half of it was good. The other half was so fatty that I actually threw it away. About $45-50 totally wasted. The spiral ham from Costco with the glaze packet is less than half the price and just as good. I will never buy one from Honeybaked again. Quality has really gone down. (The two stars are for the very nice employees that work at this store. )

Entire Thanksgiving dinner was purchased here and it’s so good! Just heat and eat. No hours long prep in the kitchen for the holiday!

I want to thank this store and Uber Eats for helping us care for a family in a tragic situation. It's so wonderful to be able to get a delivery off to them even though we aren't in town. Lindsey was especially kind. Thank you.
