The Honey Baked Ham Company

We preordered our ham and turkey for thanksgiving. The food was supposed to be ready at 4:00 pm. My wife and I stood in line for over an our watching people who didn’t preorder get ham and turkey. Once we got to the counter, they told us they were out of what we ordered and we had to wait for it to cook. I asked to speak to the manager, she was very rude and short with us. ( the longer I have to deal with you the longer you will have to wait ) was her reply. The overall atmosphere in the store was no good. All of the employees were disgruntled except for the lady in the front telling people where to go. We will not do business here again.

I had an absolute terrible experience trying to pick up a preordered and prepaid turkey and ham during my scheduled pick up time this evening. They told me and others that there were no more turkeys or hams, however, were continuing to sell to people walking in and ordering. When I tried to talk to the manager she was extremely unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. They wound up refunding us plus others leaving us trying to figure out what to do last minute. The worst part of all was how unapologetic the manager was. Her behavior was disgusting and We will never go back or recommend them to anyone!

This is the Saturday before Christmas. I spent $75. On a half ham that was black and burnt. What a disappointment. To have your mouth water for a delicious moist ham only to find it wrapped and burnt. Make sure you check your ham before leaving the store.

My husband I went here for a bite to eat before a movie as they still had an hour before they closed. They should of just closed, the man making the sandwiches who I think wad the manager was upset. They already cleaned up so we could not get a drink and could not get chips with our sandwich or anything else for that matter. We were still charged the same as if we received a whole meal. Have not been back since and will never go there again.

Got ordered this place as doordash gift, Portions hella small, tastes of side maybe 2/5 at best. Broccoli nasty. Portions hella small, no bacon. Potatoe salad pretty good, maybe 3.9/5. But 2 bites worth. Had sauce cups bigger than this "side dish" lol. Ham was good. 4/5 (im from va, we do ham right, theres is decent) and the cornbread and loaded cheesy mashed potatoes were both kind of wack, maybe 2.5-3 out of 5. Little seasonings, and crazy low toppings to be called "loaded". Maybe a spoonfull of bacon bits, 3 spoonfulls of cheese for 4 serving sizes? They tripping. I most likely would eat this place again, even if it was given to me free again
