The Honey Baked Ham Company

Thankfully I have the receipt with the girls name on it that provided rude service. Her name is Maddison and I visited the establishment on 12/22/1023 at approximately 10:05. Upon arrival she didn’t say may I help you, welcome in or greeted in any form or fashion for that matter. I showed her my QR code and she scanned my phone, said “here’s your receipt” and walked away. Told the guy next to her that was helping a guest to get my order out of the fridge. It was literally 3 steps behind her and shuffled herself to the back as if my time didn’t matter. Unfortunately she is a manager from what the receipt says. She will never have a better job than this if she doesn’t fix her horrible attitude. The amount of money we are shelling out for a couple slices of meat only to be met with someone’s poor attitude is unacceptable. If Maddison doesn’t want to work tell her to find another job. Her home life or issue with certain groups of people is not my issue. Also , the younger guy didn’t even want to say thank you. This is what happens when you try to support local. Someone needs to speak with her. A manager should be providing top tier service to EVERYONE. Brick and mortar is fast becoming a thing of the past. I will order online moving forward.

Okay y'all this review is strictly about customer service, presentation, and nostalgia 😬😁 Because a Sister have yet to eat her food BUT if it's nasty I will be back like a Arnold Schwarzenegger and update my review 🧐🤨! Soooo....I called twice once to make sure what I read on the website was accurate second time to actually order and I GOTTA share that the customer service was amazing which baffled me because I saw several reviews that read the customer service was the worst... So I go pickup my food and was greeted with a kind smile and patience wich is important cause y'all I'm morphing into my parents 😬 meaning I'm extremely excessive 😂!! Now I'm even further baffled on the bad rewiewz!! Anyhoo they alright in my book☺️!

Had a last minute change and had to get food. Didn't order ahead just walked in. They had plenty of ham. It's always good ham.

Very nice sandwich shop. Staff is pleasant. Good place to talk with friends for lunch

We went here last night to pick up some sandwiches to take home. My husband's ham sandwich had so much fat in it. The meat had not been trimmed at all. Like they were trying to get paid for every ounce. Here is a pic of how much fat was in there. Very dissappointed with this. Normally very good
