Excellent spiral ham. Plenty of food during the holiday season. Very busy. Service can be more efficient with better training at the registers. They even sell ham bones with plenty of meat still left on it.
This is the third time ordering from The Honey Bake ham store. I ordered some Turkey there for an event we were having a couple of weeks ago. Everyone loved it. I want to say thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful. I really appreciate it and I will be ordering again for my next event. May God continue to bless you and this business.
Good sandwich shop, they have some really great sweet and tangy honey mustard. Definitely recommend their spiral honey ham too, having had it at a fee potlucks it is very good. Southwest Turkey Ole is my favorite sandwich: good flavor with just a tiny kick of heat.
The options to place an order online are scare to nonexistent. Ordering online has taken me up to 23 minutes on multiple occasions, including today, when the call was finally answered to take my order, operating on a l ok limited menu; 23 minutes on hold for absolutely nothing. Despite mentioning these issues, there's been no improvement or consideration, even from management. While not outright rude, the overall management, including the website, lacks customer service and isn't user friendly. In-store sandwich wait times remain excessive, even with few customers present.
The Honeybaked Ham Bone-in Half Ham has always been a favorite for my Thanksgiving meals. There is nothing like that heavenly thick and crispy, sweet glaze on the ham. It had been a couple of years since we had one, so this year for Thanksgiving we splurged. I was SO looking forward to this amazing ham. However, on Thanksgiving morning, I opened it up to heat it in the oven and noticed there was barely any glaze at all. I was very disappointed our whole meal over the ham and the lack of glazing and flavor. Without the signature Honeybaked glaze, it's just another ham. And I paid $85 for it. Very disappointed to say the least. Will be hard for me to justify paying that much for a ham here again if they're going to be like that.
