The Honey Baked Ham Company

I bought a small ham and it was burned. I took the ham, receipt and cc receipt into the store today and was basically told it was suppose to be like that! I’ve bought honey baked hams for over 30 years and NEVER had any ham be inedible. So I thought taking it into the store I would get an apology and a quick refund. Nope I was told it was fine. Only after I said if it is good she should taste it that she agreed to give me my money back. Sadly, they lost a customer today. And I was a regular customer. I could have overlooked this had I been given a proper interaction with the manager. Anyway, I recommend if you want Honeybaked you go to a different one. I live near this one and will never be back. Happy holidays everyone.

All time ham fave especially during festive Christmas. Friendly staff, accommodating and quick to answer your questions. Packed the day before holidays too.

My new favorite lunch spot! I just stopped by to see what they had and the girl behind the counter told me they had daily specials and that days deal was BOGO ham sandwiches so I ordered a honeybaked ham melt to eat that day and took a regular honeybaked ham sandwich for later. It was delicious! The honey mustard was the best mustard I've ever tasted. I went back today and bought a jar of it! The sandwich I took for later was just as delicious if not more so since I buttered it up and stuck it in my air fryer! I can't wait to go back next Tuesday for another BOGO!

Everything at Honey baked is delicious. Honey ham , habanero stuffed olives and the Tantalizing Mustard is a must. Love love love it.
