Awesome selection of seasonal plants and garden plants and needs. Very organized fastener department and always some new tool to distract me like a kid in a toy store. I have also rented tools here and always had a positive experience. Rentals range from gas and electric chainsaws up to mini tractors and ditch cutters; and a whole list of other toys. The Paint Department is amazing and vast with a colorful spray paint aisle that just soothes the OCD, lol. Finally, you can almost always find awesome deals on broken bags of mortar, sand, and concrete mixes that comes in handy for small projects.

Simply outstanding service right before Black Friday when the wife and I visited for kitchen appliances. First off Kyle greeted us at the door radiating positivity and happiness, next we had the privilege to sit down and plan/purchase the full kitchen appliance package with Kim. She took the time to detail each piece and select the units that were best for us. At the end we didn’t have a measurement and instead of any pressure she printed the options and suggested we go home measure and come back tomorrow, we did and got exactly the set we wanted. Truly a fantastic experience overall with HD!

Was very helpful. They took their time to research a past purchase I made last year. Though I bought the product from a different store, they found it and I was able to return the item and got a replacement for $0. I was really happy, didn't have to pay almost $200 for a new one.

I love succulents, and have over 100 in my collection. I haven't seen healthier plants anywhere, not even at professional nurseries! I'm very happy with all of the ones I've gotten from HD! 🙂

I ordered a media cabinet and paid $85 for threshold delivery since it weighs 141 lbs without the packaging The delivery people dumped it on my driveway without notifying me they were coming or even that it had been delivered. I had to hire men to move it undercover. That cost me $270. I called HD to complain and they offered to give me a refund of $150 and an apology. When I texted them a copy of the bill to move it, the HD guy got snarky. Big corporation thinks it can get away with it. Next stop small claims court.
