The Home Depot

Ordered major appliances online in 11/29. Received delivery date of 12/6 and no delivery came. Told that items were removed due to a dent and offered rescheduled for 12/7. Apparently there is no such thing as next day delivery with Home Depot and although I got updates throughout the day on the delivery progress, there was in fact no delivery coming. Now rescheduled for 12/11 and I’m not hopeful. If you need things promptly, don’t shop at Home Depot. #nevershoppingatHDAgain

10/29- yesterday I was in hardware and Sean helped me with parts I needed for my compressor hose. Went home and still needed another part. Came back with my compressor and hose and Sean helped me again even though he was the only employee in hardware and he got many pages for customer service from other patrons. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous throughout. He really knows what customer service is all about. I appreciate you Sean for all the help yesterday😊

Associates were NO help at all....they walked by me several times while I looked lost and never asked to assist Me !! Items in wrong spots in little dividers on shelves..... store is a little disorganized....I wasn't even greeted at checkout....No appreciation for my business at all...the best thing about the visit was the Grinch decoration....I WILL NOT be returning...smh !!!

Two weeks ago my husband and I were in your Lewes De store, and were very happy to find exactly what we were looking for!!! And to make things even better, we had THE most helpful folks to help us that day!! So shout-out to Eric, Patrice,Max, Brenda,and two other young men who helped us on our next trip back to get us what we needed!!! We don't remember their names but we remember their helpful and caring attitudes, and I commend you for having some helpful and patient people working for you!!!! Thought they would be better than Lowe’s — I guessed wrong! Equally terrible customer service. Garden was called twice to aid me with over 20 bags of mulch and landscaping items. Never once did a helping soul show up. Cashiers were mentally lacking wherewithal and said odd and offensive comments back to customers. I will be going to another city for similar services from now on.
