Sometimes they have a good assortment of plants, but wish they took better care of them between arriving at the store and selling them.

Usually love home depot, but the service in this one is awful. Staff sees you looking for some help and suddenly disappears every time. Today I went for duplicating keys, waited 30min, and no one came as promised. So no keys. I also bought a piece of furniture and managed to grab the attention of a woman working there. She assured me I needed no extra tools to assemble the furniture. I stupidly trusted her and am now home, opening the instructions manual and seeing I need to buy at least 5 different things to assemble it. Very terrible use of my day off. Avoid avoid avoid. So disappointed

Avoid this place under any means necessary. Trust me, you are in for a bad time dealing with incompetent, lazy and dishonest people from the moment you walk in, all the way to trying to have your purchases installed. There are not a lot of options in Playa, so we ended up being duped into buying an air conditioner from them since ours is busted. We were doubtful about also buying their installation package, and they essentially PROMISED us it would be installed in the agreed date. Big mistake! When the installers arrived, they were looking for any excuse to avoid doing their job. And then they said that I needed a “technical visit first” prior to installation so as to have everything they need. The sales people NEVER mentioned anything about buying extra material or equipment or even a so called technical visit. When I checked with the manufacturer in the US, they essentially told me it was nonsense and that everything in my home is set up exactly as they needed. However, since the installers are paid by visit, not by job, they were still able to cash in. When I complained, they just laughed at me and hung up. I’m taking this to main headquarters, believe you me. Someone is going to lose their job over this. It seems like this is a common occurrence, especially if you don’t bribe your way into good service. I lost all this time that could have been spent finding someone that wants to work for an honest living. Now we are here in the middle of the summer with elderly family members and a non functioning A/C. AVOID HOME DEPOT!

Huge and clean Home Depot. Its pretty easy to find everything. The associates are also very helpful. They have everything but may not have lots of selection. That and location and speed of transactions ie slow is why I didn't give 5 stars.

We needed some plumbing suppliesin which we couldn't find. We went to service desk and asked for help. The woman behind the counter said one moment please. Nobody came to help us. We waited 30 minutes. I won't go back. I left with no purchase
