The Home Depot

My husband and I love this Home Depot! The employees are always courteous and helpful and have been there for us every step of the way on our home building journey. Brad was amazingly helpful on our last visit. He noticed us wandering around trying to determine what items to get to build closet shelving. He immediately rescued us. He took us to the products that would meet our needs and literally gave us a step by step tutorial. He was very knowledgeable and taught us an efficient way to build the shelving and save money in the process. He was incredible and it is employees like Brad that keep us coming back to Home Depot. We have shopped at Home Depots in many states including Atlanta, Ga where HD was founded. This is by far the best! Thank you home depot and thank you Brad. By the way, we followed Brad's instructions and the shelving turned out great. We will be back for more. See y'all soon.

Went in to purchase a Christmas Tree, they were out of stock, but had the display left, so the lady that helped me, got approval to sell me the display! I was very pleased with the urgency and she truly went above and beyond! Everyone was attentive, even if the cashier was on her personal cell phone for the entire transaction after the other lady went back to what she was doing.

They cant even deliver appliances. 5 tries and they fail everytime. Ive called 15 times. No help from anyone they just keep rescheduling. Its been over a month since the order. Just want a refund.

Tried to buy an LG refrigerator but delivery was never made after being rescheduled by them twice. I had a delivery date and time window. No one contacted me regarding delivery. When I phoned customer service, their own customer service could not get through to the delivery operators. Customer service could not give me a time, or verify, if or when it would be delivered. Very incompetent.
