By far the best Home Depot I've shopped at. Caroline in Customer Service and Coleman O'Connor absolutely deserve a promotion and a substantial raise. Businesses should seek out employees such as these and take care of them. When I first signed up for a Pro X ID account the person helping me accidentally made a typo in my email which became a horrendous disaster where I could not even make a purchase online because it wanted to verify my email first which was incorrect. I have been to at least three different Home Depots and asked probably more than eight different individuals to help me with this problem and everyone gave me the same answer that I needed to call corporate because they could not help me. Caroline and Coleman actually took the time to listen to my problem with my account and in just a few minutes they were able to correct the problem now everything is groovy. I am not sure why no one else took the time to help me but if I go back to this Home Depot and Caroline and Coleman do not have a raise I will just stop shopping here altogether. Too many businesses under value their star employees and I hope management takes this seriously.

Alfred in appliances was phenomenal, he was super knowledgeable and helped me walk through my photo. Showing me what I needed to buy to hook up the part and only sold me on what he knew I needed. He was super helpful, can’t thank him enough!

We came in to pick up a ceiling fan and a new Christmas inflatable. The one we wanted was not in the bin when a young man named Chudaun came by. He went over and beyond to find it in the store for us and we are so thankful he did. Best customer service ever in this store!!!

Received a call for a phone sale this morning. Gave the young woman the card twice and she then informed me my 50k Amex was not a valid card. When I told her I was reading off the card and it certainly was valid she hung up on me. Harris or Harrison called me back a few minutes later and ran the same card in 30 seconds. I tried to get her name but my guys didn't know as she ran away after she hung up on me. I certainly have no problem taking my business across the street to Lowe's. As a business owner that spends at least $1,000 a week at their stores I expect to be treated with the same respect that I treat them with. I've already informed all my teams to start using the Lowe's on the other side of the road. To the rude immature employee who hung up on me do the world a favor and grow up. To the manager of the store you definitely need to train and monitor your employees a whole lot better.

I usually always do enjoy shopping returns, customer service questions always have good experiences. But today it was a horrible day and all my love since we shopping in Home Depot So I stopped by to get paint and on the paint department. There is a representative by name Chad. I ask if he is busy if not is he’s able to help us first he say yes and when we start walking and I asked the question regarding paint I’m trying to find and purchase and it’s usual normal question that’s not a weird question to make person gets so mad and he was such a disrespectful discriminating, mean rude person I met because way he speak back to us I don’t think anyone is deserve to treat it that way he raise his voice. If he had the choice, he will be maybe done much more like because his body language and way he was talking that was a total unacceptable. I don’t think those kind of people should be working with customers if they cannot control their behavior if you have any kind of hate, you shouldn’t be with customers because no one custom doesn’t matter background color outfit. No one didn’t deserve to be treating that way. And for me was a huge disappointing because I did my deter day was three nice kind ladies who helped me with the return they usually what experience we do have or even when we shopping but what has happened today totally was unacceptable. I am hoping Home Depot will fire him and he will learn his lesson how to treat customers he didn’t deserve work. Such a nice store, especially having so many nice coworkers working around him he doesn’t deserve.
