Too slow. The service is Ok, but the cashiers are a nightmare. Don’t recommend. They should hire more staff. Its ridiculous! They have an old lady attending everyone. Additionally, make sure to double check they apply the discount when you buy an item because they usually don’t apply it. For instance, I bought something that was suppose to be $135.00 and they charged me $202.50 which is the price without discount. Be careful they are sneaky!! Just another case of a Mexican business man taking advantage of the place’s prestige, but failing miserably to implement its values!

This place needs better management! I've wasted 4 hours of my time so that they can give me the wrong product. Then come back the next day to return it and wait another 3 hours so they can tell me it doesn't exsis!

It was " el buen fin " ( black friday ) but the prices on the items were not updated on the cash register, so just imagine the lines that formed!! The cashier had to call the manager every time, then the manager had to call the worker in charge of the isle of where the item was located!!

Management sucks, you can only go thru were they tell you to go , your not free to roam around , one female employee even told me she was sexuality harassed by management , will never go back to that store .

Good customer service, the only thing is that sometimes the lines to pay take forever.
