The Home Depot Santa Fe

I ordered flooring on September 22, and was given a delivery date on September 26, which was yesterday. I hired a worker to install the flooring, and he arrived Monday. We waited all day yesterday, and I finally after a lot of difficulty managed to get someone from Entregas on the phone. He said that it wouldn't be delivered until tomorrow before 4:00 pm in spite of the documented delivery date. I asked to speak to the manager who was unable to explain why Home Depot failed to contact me to advise me that that they wouldn't honor the delivery date. He did offer to refund the cost of the delivery, but that in no way makes up for my time lost in waiting or for the cost of my worker. Home Depot proved to be unreliable, unorganized, and lacking a sense of customer service as they didn’t even call me to let me know that delivery would be delayed. I am tremendously disappointed in Home Depot, and won't rely on them again.

Just fine where looking for some cordless tools that they have on special but as usual not available at the store.

Because the pandemic they have lack of products. However they said they receive constant backorders fullfilled
