Its very clean, some workers are so very nice and helpful they have good customer service. Then there are workers who just don't care to help and always visiting with other workers, some make you think you are out to steal, nonsense. So I would say overall they need a class on customer service or it's in their culture to act Like that.

The employees by the flooring section never have time to help: you’re lucky if you catch one of them who has time to help you otherwise they will ignore you the ones who wear the red shirts won’t help you unless you beg them to and even if they do they always give you an attitude I recommend going to another place to buy your tiles where the customer service is better.

This is not your US type Home Depot. The staff are knowledgable about their products. They will help you to look inside boxes, they will help you find products.
