Well it's very sad to have to say but it's very difficult to find a home Depot employee to help me when I need help.Often the prices are not easily marked when buying, for instance a wooden dowl or piece of wood. I find the employees almost snobby because they feel they are working in a up scale hardware store instead of just a local store .That's extremely disappointing.I don't have this experience when I shop in the U.S. I find quite a lot of expat Americans shopping in the Home Depot when ever I go in there. I know they are there because it's a familiar layout to US stores and it's easy to find what you need as far as products...it's just that the service is poor..very poor.BUT I will say that the bathrooms are extremely clean and modern.

The person helping us with buying air conditioner was not very knowledgeable. In the end we able to make our purchase

Maybe it was the season, it's just a couple of weeks before Christmas and people usually renovate around this time of the year, but this store doesn't look stocked with the most typical products one comes looking for at a Home Depot.

Prices are higher than boxito but you can actually shop for what your looking for

Employees are very helpful.
