Terrible service at this home depot in Las Juntas . I grew up going to home depot and always had a great experience but unfortunately this was not the experience Ive had at this store. Im very disappointed with the customer service that Ive received at this location. Specially with the shipping department.
I’ve had the best experience in all my trips to Home Depot. Client services staff were very helpful. Exchanging an item can sometimes be a pain but Magali and Bianca were very supportive, helpful and fast. I was in and out of there in a breeze
I can't understand why the people who work here by and large are so dumb. I can't out this any other way. It's a terribly run store. I really wish there was a local option as proper competition
It’s pretty much like any Home Depot in the United States. The workers are lacking knowledge. One difference is when you ask an employee if they have a particular item in stock, the answer will always be no. But if you look up the item, show an employee that it’s available, they will help you find it. Do not ever place an order online or for delivery. If the order is for pickup, it won’t be ready. If for delivery they will intentionally deliver broken material. I ordered a pedestal sink, delivered broken 4 times before I just took an Uber and picked it up. The delivery driver tried to leave quickly before I could inspect the sink every time and got angry with me when the sink was broken.
Okay customer service, I called to ask if they have something in stock and they said yea but when I went they actually did not..
They also do not rent tools at this location.
