The Foot Spot

I'd been having some foot pain in my arch, and found this place online. Not only did I get treated with respect and compassion, but I learned a whole lot about my feet and how I'm walking. Wow, who knew! I would highly recommend coming here if you have any kind of foot problems. Plus the staff, especially Karen, are very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel like an old friend. Thank you, Karen!

IMPECCABLE! The customer service was incredible to say the least! Businesses could take a lesson from them! The one-on-one customer service and special care from "Ryan" was amazing! Ryan took the time to take the molds of each foot and order the shoe inserts with care! Once they arrived, (much sooner than anticipated) they were customized to my 2 pair of shoes and boots! Fit like a glove! The store is so "pristine" and gorgeous displays....but, they still don't beat out the #1 Customer Service! I WILL BE BACK AGAIN, AND THANK YOU RYAN!

Karen is WONDERFUL! Very knowledgeable and has alot of patience. Very attentive and friendly. Listens to reasons you need a certain shoe. Thankful she showed me the insoles. Definitely will be back and highly recommend this shoe store.
