The Cheesecake Factory

Overall great place ! Friendly staff & clean restaurant. Was very busy for lunch time & dinner is also from past experiences. Food was delicious! As far price I would put in the mid range with entries ranging from $15 to $30 a meal. It also helped that we had a reservation so no wait to be seated.

Customer Services is 5 stars mostly, the front desk, was a little bit less energetic than the servers, although it might be due to the place being too crowded at 12:30PM, the server Mickey was really awesome, with a nice smile and always paying close attention to us, very courteous. The food was 1A, I ordered the Corn "Ribs" for an appetizer, and it was yummy, the Chicken Riesling, the meat was so tender, so delicious 😋, Frozen Iced Mango 🥭, OMG!!!!. My wife had the Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo with white rice, and she said it was delicious as well.

This Cheesecake Factory is always busy, as it is located in the most popular shopping mall in the south shore. The ambiance is consistent with that of other Cheesecake Factories: dim lighting, lots of seating. Service is fine. My favorite will always be the brown bread that they start you off with. In terms of the food from the menu, it is all pretty average, but I don't think people who come here generally have high expectations for a chain.

We went around 8pm on Friday. The service was exceptional. We were seated within 10 minutes. We were offered a table at first. When we requested a booth, the request was accommodated quickly and cheerfully. The server and runner were both extremely attentive and friendly. Several staff members wished us good night while leaving. The 5 stars is only for the service. The food doesn't seem to be as good as we remembered it from pre pandemic. The drinks were excellent.

This was such a great first experience! We had a small wait but it was very busy! The staff was friendly and kind. We had honey truffle chicken and the smokey BBQ burger! Both cooked perfectly.
