I've patronized this business for over 20 years, in my personal and professional opinion this store offers products that promote a better, healthier YOU! from skincare to body care and also home fragrance oils! *SATSUMA is one scent I absolutely love and have been loyal to for over 20 years 🤌🏾🌹

Karmen was incredibly kind and patient with my friend and I when we had no idea what we were doing. She was knowledgeable and was attentive to our needs, and she made the experience enjoyable. The products that she suggested smelled wonderful and were of high quality!

I walked in with only the intention of smelling stuff and walked out with $50 of stuff - the woman working there (I forgot her name) knows DAMN WELL how to do her job!! Neither my friend and I our local - she told us where to go while we are in STL and where to get our ears pierced since we mentioned it. She was so kind and helpful, and she knew what she was talking about. I bought a tea tree oil cream that helps remove dead skin and now my skin is as soft as a baby’s. 10/10 recommend - I wish I lived next to one!!

I went to this Body Shop as I have been using their tea tree products for years. I have recently immigrated from Ireland and was looking for a specific product that doesn't appear to be online at the US site (I am still unsure if this is a definite thing or whether it is just seasonally out of stock) and was also browsing for a gift. I was treated so rudely by multiple staff members at this location. Firstly, they wouldn't allow me into the store with my mum and sister, despite no one else except for the three staff members present (?close your store if you are worried about contracting COVID). They asked me to then describe what I wanted from the door way and they would bring it to me. I said that wouldn't do, I was shopping in person to browse the items. I was then told that there would be no browsing, no touching of items, and there was certainly no testing of items (not that I wanted to anyways). The words literally were used "you need to give up control" of this shopping experience. Like what?! No pleasantries, no "let me help you". When my 70 year old mother approached me at the front of the store they angrily told her to get back. At this point I had had enough. Not worth the stress. They seriously need to review customer service at this location.

Came to Galleria Mall to do my Christmas shopping and get some ideas on what to get my husband and friends. I was immediately greeted by an associate and elaborated with some ideas I already had in mind. Items I chose were the Tahitian Massage oil (which is low in fragrance) and the Tea Tree Oil day/night mask combo (which is great for sensitive skin). After two different stores, third time was the charm! Friendly staff, accommodating, great gift ideas, and you get a rewards card with them if you’re a new shopper.
