I had a great experience at The Walking Store thanks to Thomas. He was very knowledgeable, well-dressed, and attentive, and made sure I found the perfect pair of shoes. I really appreciated his excellent customer service skills and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

I have a bum neck which makes it difficult to find the right shoes. Jerry at the Alaska Walking Store was incredibly kind. He patiently pulled about 15 different pairs for me to try until I found ones that offered the best support and least neck pain. Jerry is knowledgeable, extremely nice, and truly went above and beyond to help me. Thank you very much, Jerry! And kudos to the hiring manager for finding such a rockstar employee.

I thought for years that this was just a basic bargain shoe store and then as I even got a little older I thought maybe it’s just for elderly people or people with orthotics. But I went down for a friend tagging along and was just window shopping and I was very surprised. They had UGGs Keans Columbia you name it they got all the brands they’re such good quality yes it is more expensive so be prepared but you are going to get a great quality shoe that’s gonna last years

I wanted the triple black Solomon GTX 6's. Jayden helped me find exactly what I need and the prices are lower than most retailers online, most didn't even have what I wanted in stock
