Target

We had lost a wallet in the store (big oops) and searched for a while before security called up a manager to help us. The managers name is Allen and oh man was he a huge help! He was super approachable and helped in every way he could. He covered all the bases and made us feel like everything was going to be okay! No lie Target, you have an awesome manager working there! Again, his name was Allen! :D

Honestly I never was much of an Target shopper, but after the few times I visited this location they have made me an customer for life. The store is always well kept and presentable. The employees give the best service and is always so nice and respectable. Unfortunately, though during my visit I did notice another customer giving employees a hard time, which when management arrived they handled the situation so well and professionally. I believe their names were Juan and Mio. I say Target is beyond lucky to have such great management working for them. Thank you Target Kapolei 🤙

Shopped on line for our Toys for Tots donations—super convenient, comfortable — and quicker than debating about it in the store together. Then ran other errands while waiting for the Ready for Pickup notice. Hurrah!! Santa’s elves love this new method 😄!

Lori and Michele the “only” manager available couldn’t help me with a return because I didn’t have a receipt! After hours of waiting for more than one hour almost two to be assisted to end up leaving without a refund! They told me to look up for the items on my own on my phone, which I couldn’t find. I even told them that I don’t have signal inside their store. After hours and asking if they had any other options multiple times, which they said no. Thanks for the awful customer service I can’t believe Walmart has better computer systems and customer service.

Kapolei Target is my favorite on island. The customer service is top tier, and they always have an abundance of whatever I need. Lately it’s been new mama items, so I love that they have the OEKO-TEX certified necessities! Good stuff! Enjoy!
