I would give 5 stars, except for the fact that some of the employees seemed annoyed with me telling them about an opened juice container in their store. I was not rude to them at all, but received a rude attitude in response. I believe I could have been treated better by the 2 employees. Other than that, I had a great experience, I even got 40% off my total price once I was rung up since I have a rewards account there. I think some customer service training refreshment is all that's needed.
Impressively good customer service especially considering it’s a crazy weekend of last minute holiday shopping. The employees are happy to help. One guy literally ran to get something I was looking for from the back. Returns are super easy too.
I bought a tv wall mount and when I got home I seen that this has already been opened and used. Unless target test all their products before they sell them. It’s pretty ridiculous that I pay full price for some thing someone has already used.
Ethan and Kitoi are stellar Rock Stars! Their knowledge and critical analysis skills are off the charts. Both go above and beyond to assist and troubleshoot any tech issues. And if your scenario is personally sensitive, they are incredibly compassionate and supportive human beings. They were bright spots bookending my brutal day and I couldn’t be more grateful that they were the angels to rescue me. Ethan and Kitoi, I can’t thank you enough! You salvaged my Birthday. ❤️
If I could give zero stars I would this establishment was dirty and rude, an employee cursed at me after I asked them to go look in the back for an item. I saw a crock roach crawl across the floor in the food isle and the only good part about this experience was leaving!!!!!
