Target

Ever since their “remodel”, this store has been a disaster. Low to no stock, clothing is trashed, no recovery done to clean up, OSHA hazards, ADA and tripping hazards, and the cherry on top today - no toilet paper in 50% of the stalls in the women’s restroom. No paper towels either. The flow and layout of the store is disjointed now, making it very hard to shop. Target charges a premium for their products, but presents a “Ross” shopping experience (if you know, you know). Forget about trying to navigate a cart/stroller/etc. through the aisles. I hate coming here, but unfortunately it’s one of the only stores that carries some (minimal, also understocked) maternity clothing. The maternity section always looks like a tornado tore through it.

Target had made me very happy. They told me that they will stock up on more neca toony terror figures. I have so far went and picked up leatherface the grady twins and now I have picked up ash Williams from evil dead 2 there. The people are very friendly who work there and I will stop by more when my birthday comes to see what other ones they will have. Remember this that in 2022 target used to have toony terrors. But in 2023 the guy told me they will not have them again. But boy was he wrong about that. They do have them back in stock after all. Now I will have to hunt down the regan figure if I see here there as well but it will take time. For now check out the cool pics I took of all 3 toony terror figures. Warning the figures are really cute too so you will melt from cuteness overload if you see them. You have been warned!😂🤣😁

Great prices, but selection is limited since the remodel, and you will get charged a bag fee on order pick-ups every time even if you refuse the bag. It's super frustrating that the employees have not been trained or just do not care enough to remove the bag fee when you specifically tell them no bag and ask nicely for them to please remove the fee. Then I have to call my target red card and spend 10 minutes on the phone to get credited back the bag fee. I now no longer order for a drive-up or store pick-up due to this inconvenience. Add to that the trouble of finding the products in the store, which is currently a shambles, and I have just about stopped shopping here, which is a shame. I still go when they have a price that can't be beat, but drive up or store pick up are a no-go because of untrained or uncaring employees and fees that shouldn't be charged. Target was actually sued over these bag fees, Google it, yet they still can't get their employees to properly credit the fee back when bags are not accepted. You've lost my pick-up business Target, do better. EDIT: I went in for shaving cream because I had a gift card, and even shaving cream is now locked behind plexiglass. No employee ever came when we used the call button, so my wife walked over to an employee who was stocking a shelf nearby and asked him to open the cage for the shaving cream. The employee seemed pretty annoyed at the situation, not necessarily annoyed with us, but annoyed at the entire situation. Then we get to checkout, and self checkout is closed, and only 2 registers are open. A third register is opened while we are waiting, and we finally get checked out. During checkout, my wife asks why self checkout is closed, and we are told it is because of theft. Well theft has made shopping at this Target a complete nightmare. What should have taken 5 minutes took nearly a half an hour and I consider myself lucky my wife was there because she is more assertive than me, I would've just walked out with nothing after waiting 5 minutes for the shaving cream to be unlocked and no one coming. Lowered my review to 2 stars.

I felt very sorry for the employees here today. So close to Xmas and only one cashier and self check out. Most people in line where a little irritated, but also felt bad for her. Cashier was still VERY pleasant and still smiling, like nothing was wrong. Amazing! Her service was over the top and beyond in this situation. Eventually another opened, but a lot if people stayed with her to support and show her appreciation and perseverance. I would give a 5 star for her!

I was at this Target two days ago and I needed help to find something, so I asked a girl who worked there and she didn't even look at the picture I had and she sent me to some area of the store and it wasn't even close to what I was looking for! Before hiring employees please make sure that they are not racist because not all customers are the same as her and they may need help sometimes!
