Target

This store is a mess. Dirty scuffed floors, racks so close it’s a clear ADA violation. Soft lines in every area have bare shelves, clothes all over the floor, esp in Women’s, no one was working fitting rooms, signage was skewed in cosmetics and falling down. Why did they upgrade this store, then let it go? There’s no consistent visual merchandising here, mannequins without complete outfits, accessory and purse tables were full off merch from other areas. Saw a “we’re hiring” sign. They need a lot of help and some corporate attention, because This store is just a total disaster.

I'm always a loyal customer of Target, but I go to a different location, after celebrating my wife’s birthday, my family and I visited this store on December 24th around 6:30 pm, Julie (the cashier) was so rude to us, she was talking by disrespectful way and giving us a disgusting look, which is let us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and even when I asked her why she is doing that, she ignored me, and gave me the same look again and gave me her back while I'm talking with her, this incident destroyed our celebration, and we will never come back to this branch again. we are shocked and disappointed to have this type of experience at a well-established company like Target

My family and I were in the store last Friday after celebrating my birthday, Julie (the cashier) was so rude to us and treated us very badly, she was talking disrespectfully, and we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, which was unexpected at a great company like Target to have this type of customer service. We will never return.

Ordered item offline 2 hour or less pick up time selected. Went to store and waited 2 hours. Finally got email stating, “item out of stock.” The manager with handheld unit just sat there watching me for two hours and couldn’t cancel the item. I just wanted to buy it, so I didn’t have to wait for there sales associates to waste more of my day.

Absolutely most horrid experience ever at this target, did a pick up in 2 hours order and went ( we live far) and said it wouldn’t even be ready same day. Apparently all there employees called off. Girl working at customer service seemed so clueless, and just such awful workers in general here.
