Worst service! They delay the delivery of your vehicle intentionally to favor their commissions

The schedule to deliver services is complicated...in other agencies they receive vehicles from 7 in the morning. It is not possible for them to start receiving vehicles from 8:30.

They offer poor service, from the lady who schedules appointments to lack training and customer service. Communication via WhatsApp leaves much to be desired due to the lack of monitoring of the service they provide to the unit. My vehicle entered through a system review message and they delivered it after 24 hours without fulfilling their delivery commitment at the stated time and they did not speak to inform about the delivery of the vehicle. Very good brand, very bad service.
