I don't recommend them. Terrible service. I bought a Dell brand computer and it didn't even last 8 days of use, the excuse that I needed a solid drive. Nothing to do with it because the equipment stopped working in every way. A year and they haven't solved anything. I don't recommend them.

Not only did they sell me a defective product, but in the end they did not offer me a decent solution, how to replace a new device, despite the one-year warranty. Bad experience. I am Colombian. I encouraged my Ecuadorian husband to buy a computer and it failed from the first moment. Now they tell us that we would have bought better in Ecuador. Six months with problems and traveling to get a solution.
