1.The advisors who assist you are not trained to know about mechanical problems (my failure was more serious than it seemed and they gave me an appointment without even telling me it is safer to leave your car here or not move it [the technician told me after]) 2. I had my car serviced. It included tire rotation. And they left the screws wrong. And now they want to charge me for reliable car service to them
