Terrible attention in reception, service and guarantees. They “transfer” you and leave you hanging, without answering. They take your information and never dial, you have to be asking about your unit. HOW EVIL! They do not resolve, the waiting time is too long. The first time my vehicle was damaged it took 2 months... And now for the second time they did not meet the delivery time and no one shows up. What a shame because it is the only agency in Cuernavaca 👎

Apparently another case of poor service. There is almost no show of interest at all except when they greet you or when you go to buy a new car. That way you get 100% attention and service. Otherwise I think they would have to change the template.
