I bought a cell phone here a month ago, it was sold to me by a brand promoter, and even today after so much time they still ask you to recharge to "activate" your line, I recommend that you refuse, it has nothing to do with it they do it to generate their commissions and the worst thing is that it is a recharge of 100 pesos, it is an abuse that they do that, they themselves commented that the phones come unlocked from the factory even though they have chip from a certain company, don't be fooled or stolen.
