There are some attractive men's clothes, and a variety of appliances that are competitively priced, but as with too many stores in Querétaro, the service is poor. There are many employees, but they prefer to talk to each other than to customers. Maybe phones should be put away during work hours. ————- Having been inside the store a few more times, it seems clear that employees are not instructed to actively help customers. You notice people mostly shopping unassisted while employees cluster together, ignoring customers. And, yes, they love using their phones. How can this low level of service be acceptable?

Dress and shoes are available at reasonable prices and different sizes, too. They opens at 11 am.

The salesperson, are kind and with a good service attention. Unfortunately I don't find that I was looking for, because they didn't have enough options in gentleman pants.

Still good COVID measurements. Store clean and organized. Good prices overall
