I made an online purchase, several days later they canceled my order due to lack of stock, I called to report the situation and they told me that in a period of 5 to 7 days I would see the refund reflected in my account. It's been more than 10 days and nothing. Today I contacted them again and they told me that in order to make the refund I must personally go to a branch to get the money back in cash. I live 70 km from the nearest branch. I'm going to lose half my purchase money and hours of my life just getting there. A shame. Bad experience. First and last time.

Do not take out PIF Insurance, they do not respond in customer service (it takes 15 to 20 minutes to communicate with an "advisor") and they serve in a rude manner. When you want to cancel it, they almost even offend you for canceling their Chafa insurance, I'm thinking about suspending my departmental card anyway since they must be the same in customer service at the store. Better go to Sears, it's nearby. 👍👍👍

My purchase is 6 days late, for which they originally gave me 17 days for delivery, which was already high. I have communicated with them and they show no interest in resolving.
