Stretch Pizza

I love pizza and eat a lot of it. This place was FANTASTIC!! The ambiance was charming and the service was incredible. Despite popular opinion, I do not enjoy a margarita or plain slice, so when our table couldn’t decide which pies to order our server pleasantly suggested we do a split pie, half Classic/half Pepperoni. I thought it was surprising because many places won’t let you do that. In this case, it made me so happy. We had 4 people in our group, we ordered chickpea fries, potato chip salad, shishitos, meatball sliders and three pies (classic/ pepperoni split, ploughman and the reading). The table all enjoyed all three pies and two of my friends said they don’t typically like horseradish and thought it worked well in this instance. I thought everything was thoughtful and well balanced, most importantly there was even distribution of the toppings. For all this food, we each paid about $37 (no drinks). There were two slices leftover and the server took the slices, boxed them up and stored them in a pizza warmer until we were ready to go. How cool is that!! I plan event for my office and this is definitely a place I would bring them. I can’t wait to go back.

Excellently crispy cooked pizza dough with interesting and delicious topping combinations. I got the Ploughman and horseradish on it was spot on! Price on par for that area and for gourmet pizza and specialty drinks that you get. I’d definitely go back to try more pizzas!

This was probably the best Neapolitan style pizza I’ve ever had. The recipes were inventive and tasty but I think the best part was the crust was the PERFECT mix of chewy and crunchy that I rarely find from most Neapolitan pies. As someone who has eaten pizza at Pizzeria Bianco (iykyk), I honestly think I enjoyed this pizza more. Hats off to a wildly renowned chef in several other gastronomic areas deciding to challenge himself to make the perfect pizza!

FIRST things first. This pizza crust is bomb! 🤯🤯🤯 Thin, airy and crunchy! Probably one of the best pizza crusts I’ve ever had. It hit all the right spots and was just PERFECT! The favorite of the night was The Kernel. It was a seasonal and now permanently on the menu because everyone loved it! And once you try it, you’ll know why. I’m a CORN LOVER, but I was with two others that just enjoy corn and that was their favorite as well! You MUST MUST order!!! Chocolate chip cookies were so tiny and cute! Provided a crunch and just enough thickness in the middle for you to get a taste of chewy if that’s what you like! Banana soft serve hit the spot for the other two, but banana not in its form taste strange to me. Try it if you enjoy ripe bananas! Service was AWESOME. Chef came out and check on us. 🥹🥹🥹 Coolest part is if you have pizza leftover, they take it to the host stand where there’s a pizza oven to keep it warm!!! GAME CHANGER.

I marked this place on my Google map account and noticed I was nearby when I needed to kill some time. First, this is not a by the slice place, but a slightly more upscale sit down place. Still, it would be worthwhile going in here if you have a little bit of time to kill and don’t mind spending $20+ on some pizza. I got their pepperoni square pie, which could likely be stretched to serve 2, but I had no issue eating it myself as a, on the larger side, lunch. My server was very friendly and the food was out quickly. I sat at the bar and was satisfied enough at their selection of beer. For what it is, I think this place is great and I’d definitely recommend checking it out.
