I have not received worse customer service in a long time. I got the jam thrown at my plate because I asked for it as it wasn’t given to me with my order. The young girl was shockingly rude and ignorant that I was blown away. How dare I ask for my order to be complete??!?!?! Only one there with a smile was the manager, who was empathetic when I asked to speak to her. I barely ever write reviews but had to for this one as I’ve never received this kind of service anywhere before. Shocking. Ruined my morning.

Not the best Starbucks, staff a bit confused and slow, bathrooms very dirty, need to improve guys, wake up. Three stars because I am generous and hardly give lower ratings.

Accidentally left important property at the cafe, and the cafe repeatedly rudely brushed me off and hung up on me without saying bye when I tried to contact them and ask if they had it. I never got a yes or no answer, and had to travel back to the cafe in order to find out it was there.

This is the starbuck store where u need to hug ur backpack while having your drinks. 😂😅 (read the previous reviews and some backpack get stolen and make me understand y there is a police around. I saw one of the staff walked over and advise the customer as well) Other than that I find this store the staff is friendly. It's a international chain store so I would not expect much service from them. They even doing some upsell to me and the deal is really good. The even let me taste the coffee, explain some of the bean they are selling before decide to buy it. 👍👍
