Starbucks

Central location on two floors. Toilets are in the ground floor. The service can be more friendly. The interior design is ok. And the drinks and food has Starbucks well known quality

There was a hair on the cheese cake. I ordered an ice mocha but it was warm, it wasn’t completely iced, and it doesn’t taste like mocha, it tastes more like a plain coffee… Very disappointed :(

Good location for the Starbucks with a good amount of seating on the ground and upper level - no problem find seats when the store was busy In terms of service, I was very disappointed with the Starbucks experience of this store today. Something that I have requested many times from other Starbucks stores in Spain and other countries, seemed to be an issue at this particular store. The quality of drinks was on par with other stores.

The service provided today by the barista (24 oct - 11:32 order) was very bad. I asked for a straw and she was very rude like i am ordering from her own bucket. Never seen such a behavior in any Starbucks outside spain!!

Pretty rude barista…. Don’t try and take a sleeve for your cup would be my advice. Bad attitude not needed at that time of the morning. On the positive I skipped the convenience and discovered some amazing local independent coffee houses.
